Fun Run for Autism

All ages!

Walk, Run, Have FUN!

Join us Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Gold Bar Park for our Fun Run for Autism in support of Centre for Autism Services Alberta (CFASA). This family-friendly event brings our community together to celebrate inclusion, movement, and connection—while raising vital funds to support programs and services for Autistic individuals across the lifespan.

From kids in tutus to corporate teams in matching costumes, this is not a traditional race — it’s a celebration of individuality. Participants are encouraged to show up as their full, authentic selves: costumes, capes, onesies, bright colours — whatever feels fun.

Whether you walk, run, or cheer from the sidelines, every step helps create more opportunities for Autistic individuals and their families. We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us for a joyful, high-energy morning at our Fun Run for Autism!

Opening remarks will begin at 9:30 a.m., with the first run starting at 10:00 a.m. We encourage all participants to arrive early to allow plenty of time for check-in, registration, and getting settled before we kick off the day together.

Whether you’re joining us to run, jog, or walk, participants are welcome to complete the course at their own pace. With 2K, 5K, and 10K distances, the event welcomes everyone from families and casual walkers to seasoned runners. Whether you are coming with family, friends, coworkers, or on your own, everyone is encouraged to take part in a way that feels right for them.

After the run, the fun continues! Stick around to enjoy games, activities, food, and time to connect with our amazing community.

Don’t forget to snap lots of photos throughout the day and share your experience by tagging us on social media at @autismcentreab or @CentreforAutismServicesAlberta.
