This delicious program is for teens ages 13-17 with autism.

Teens get hands-on experience with everything from choosing a recipe to chopping veggies.

Shop Cook & Learn not only prepares teens for the life skill of learning to cook, but gets them exploring new interests, practicing time management and problem-solving skills, and making new friends!

Sessions will take place in the beautiful Quest Kitchen at our NEW location!!

Each week teens will

Build a shopping list within a grocery budget
Navigate the supermarket and purchase groceries
Learn how to safely use kitchen equipment
Learn about nutrition and the importance of healthy eating
Cook up delicious recipes

Facing Your Fears

Facing your fears is a14-week program designed for children on the autism spectrum who are having difficulties managing their anxiety, and focuses on helping children and their caregivers identify worries, develop coping strategies, and practice managing anxiety with guidance from program facilitators.
