Centre-Based Respite - Spring 2024

Respite provides families with short-term, temporary relief allowing parents time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate while children are given an opportunity to socialize and engage in recreational activities in a supervised setting.
NEW! Families can register for up to one month at a time. Registration will open on the 20th of the previous month.

Facing Your Fears
Facing your fears is a14-week program designed for children on the autism spectrum who are having difficulties managing their anxiety, and focuses on helping children and their caregivers identify worries, develop coping strategies, and practice managing anxiety with guidance from program facilitators.
