Active for Life - Fall 2024

Active for Life inspires participants to get motivated, get moving, and get invested in their well-being. A certified trainer will lead all classes with the support of CFASA staff and volunteers, ensuring all participants get the most out of their Active for Life fitness experience.

Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre
11000 Stadium Road NW
Fall session 2024 runs on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- September 24
- October 1, 8, 22, 29
- November 5, 19, 26
