Active for Life inspires participants to get motivated, get moving, and get invested in their well-being. A certified trainer will lead all classes with the support of CFASA staff and volunteers, ensuring all participants get the most out of their Active for Life fitness experience.

NEW! The Centre is excited to be partnering with the City of Edmonton and bringing Active for Life to a NEW RECREATION CENTRE! 

Active for Life will be held at:

Booster Juice Recreation Centre in Terwillegar 

2052 Leger Rd, NW Edmonton

 

Spring session runs on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
  • May 6, 13, 20
