Active for Life - Winter 2024

Active for Life inspires participants to get motivated, get moving, and get invested in their well-being. A certified trainer will lead all classes with the support of CFASA staff and volunteers, ensuring all participants get the most out of their Active for Life fitness experience.

Winter session 2024 runs on Tuesdays from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

- There will be no session on Tuesday, February 20 due to Spring Break.

PEERS: Social Skills for Teens

Facing Your Fears

Facing your fears is a14-week program designed for children on the autism spectrum who are having difficulties managing their anxiety, and focuses on helping children and their caregivers identify worries, develop coping strategies, and practice managing anxiety with guidance from program facilitators.
