Active for Life inspires participants to get motivated, get moving, and get invested in their well-being. A certified trainer will lead all classes with the support of CFASA staff and volunteers, ensuring all participants get the most out of their Active for Life fitness experience.

Winter session runs on Tuesdays at Booster Juice Recreation Centre and on Thursdays at Commonwealth from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the following dates:
