Let’s Get Cooking!

This delicious program is for Autistic teens ages 13-17.

Teens get hands-on experience with everything from choosing a recipe, shopping for ingredients, and chopping veggies. Teens will take part in planning meals, making grocery lists, budgeting, and grocery shopping.

Shop Cook & Learn not only prepares teens for the life skill of learning to cook, but also gets them exploring new interests, practicing time management and problem-solving skills, and making new friends!

Sessions will take place in the beautiful Quest Kitchen at our NEW location!!

Each week teens will

Build a shopping list within a grocery budget
Navigate the supermarket and purchase groceries
Learn how to safely use kitchen equipment
Learn about nutrition and the importance of healthy eating
Cook up delicious recipes

Winter session runs from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm on:

January 12 & 26
February 9 & 23
March 8 & 22
