Upcoming Shop, Cook & Learn – Winter 2026

Let’s Get Cooking!

This delicious program is for Autistic teens ages 13 to 17.

Teens get hands-on experience with everything from choosing a recipe, shopping for ingredients, and chopping veggies. Teens will take part in planning meals, making grocery lists, budgeting, and grocery shopping.

Shop Cook & Learn not only prepares teens for the life skill of learning to cook, but also gets them exploring new interests, practicing time management and problem-solving skills, and making new friends!

Sessions will take place in the beautiful Quest Kitchen at CFASA!

Each week teens will

• Build a shopping list within a grocery budget
• Navigate the supermarket and purchase groceries
• Learn how to safely use kitchen equipment
• Learn about nutrition and the importance of healthy eating
• Cook up delicious recipes

Winter session runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on:
