Little Aces Summer Respite provides a structured opportunity for your child to grow and have fun! At Little Aces, your child will experience a diverse range of age-appropriate physical and creative activities designed to encourage development.

Themes:

Space Exploration | July 6 to 10, July 27 to 31
Blast off on a Space Exploration adventure, where young astronauts discover stars, planets, and cosmic fun through interactive activities.

Jurassic Journey | July 13 to 17, August 4 to 7*
Embark on a wild adventure at Jurassic Journey, where young explorers enjoy dinosaur-themed activities, fossil hunts, and thrilling discoveries.

Deep Sea Discovery | July 20 to 24, August 10 to 14
Set sail on a Deep Sea Discovery adventure, where little ones enjoy fun water games, beach activities, and sea creature discoveries.

Summer Respite General Info

• 3-hour daytime sessions for 5 days (4 days for the week following the August long weekend).

• Parents will be asked to keep children home if they are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.

• Participants are required to bring their own snack, lunch, full water bottle, and indoor shoes.

• Maximum 8 participants per weekly session and 4 staff.

Little Aces is an approved use of FSCD respite hours. With an FSCD agreement in place, the parent registration fee is $60. Little Aces will utilize 15 hours of respite per week/12 hours on a short week. Without FSCD, the cost of Summer Respite is $360 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• When registering, please ensure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.

• In order for Summer Respite to be a safe and fun experience for everyone, your registration will not be confirmed until our team contacts you. This will happen once you’ve completed the online registration and payment.

• Maximum registration per child is two weeks until May 19, 2026. At that time, registrations will be open to families wishing to register for more than two weeks.

• Summer Respite support is a 2:1 ratio. If 1:1 support is required, please email Cassidy at summerrespite@centreforautismab.ca with your request for 1:1 support AFTER you have completed your online registration. 1:1 support space is limited.

• Bursaries are available for those who qualify. Please contact our office at 780 488 6600 if finances present a barrier.
