New Friends and Fun!
Just 4 Teens (J4T) is a Centre-based and community social group for teens with autism who benefit from some support in group settings. Each session offers a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and shared experiences based on the group’s interests. Whether it’s playing sports, cooking, watching movies, or trying something new, J4T provides opportunities for teens to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and grow their confidence in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Who can participate?
- Teens with autism ages 13 to 17.
- Must be a current member of the Centre. Pre-screening is required for new applicants.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Bursaries are available for those who qualify. Please contact our office at 780 488 6600 if finances present a barrier.
- This program is not suitable for those who require 1:1 support.
