Respite provides families with short-term, temporary relief allowing parents time to rest, relax and rejuvenate while children are given an opportunity to socialize and engage in recreational activities in a supervised setting.

Respite includes children ages 5-12 who are toilet trained or will use the toilet when prompted. This program is for families who are members of the Centre.

Each week will offer multiple activities to choose from, utilizing the WHOLE space at our new building! Activities might include:

• arts & crafts
• preparing small snacks
• Watching a movie in the cozy Clubhouse
• Gym activities indoors or fresh air fun in our outdoor play space (outdoors weather-permitting)
• AND MORE!

Don’t forget! Bring your own water bottle, a snack, and any other items your child might need.

The registration deadline for each Saturday is the Wednesday prior. Open to current Centre members only.
